Michael is a highly qualified professional, who believes in continuing education and development. He has worked with a wide range of clientele, for a variety of goals including:



Michael started in the fitness industry back in 1997 and opened his first private, personal training studio in 2000.

Experience

Michael is a biomechanics specialist who works with the identification and treatment of muscular imbalances that contribute to chronic injuries and poor sports performance. Michael holds the distinction of being the first in the UK to hold the dual qualfications of both the Mastery Level Resistance Training Specialist (RTSm) and Muscle Activation Techniques - Certified Specialist (MAT) program.

Michael's professional passion lies in combining bodywork therapies (MAT) with strength / resistance training to help his clients develop and progress quickly and safely. He enjoys the process of helping people achieve their goals and taking them through their own individual processes.

Philosophy

In true spirit of the Integra philosophy, Michael believes in balance.

He does have a social life, he loves film, photography, rock climbing, kitesurfing, snowboarding and exploring the good coffee shops in London.

And although he does have a copy, he never goes to bed with the book Principles of Neuroscience!
