- Where are you? Do you offer home training?
Integra is located in its own private studio
in The Old Truman Brewery, which is close to Spitalfields
Market and approximately 5 minutes from Liverpool
Street station. Unfortunately, we don't offer
home-based training.
- How do I get to you?
The closest stations are Liverpool Street and
Aldgate East.
To reach The Old Truman Brewery from Liverpool
St, take the Bishopsgate exit from the station,
turn left (N) up Bishopsgate until you get to
Brushfield Street (with Pizza Express/ABN Amro),
turn down this road, walk past Spitalfields Market
and turn left onto Commercial Street. Walk up,
then right into Hanbury Street - if you take the
2nd left, you are in the grounds of The Old Truman
Brewery. Total time should be approx 5-7 minutes.
To reach us from Aldgate East, turn left out
of the station, then left onto Osborne Street,
follow the road up as it turns into Brick Lane
- look out for a courtyard on your left at 91
Brick Lane. This is The Old Truman Brewery. Total
time should be appprox 4-5 minutes.

in the studio at all times.
