We implement exercise through the continual assessment of client needs, goals, and individual neurological and structural ability. Each personal training session is customised to meet your fitness needs and goals.

Personal Training - Logistics

  • Training is available from our friendly, private studio in Spitalfields, London E1
  • We have a maximum of only 2 clients at any one time in the studio
  • We have fully stocked changing rooms (towels and toiletries)

  • Sessions usually last for 60 minutes
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing (t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, leggings, etc)
  • Drink plenty of water
  • We will provide a complimentary post-workout shake at the end of each session
