With Us

We offer flexibility in how you work with us, delivering expert coaching either through regular sessions or periodic check-ins. Both services can be delivered in our private London studio or via video conferencing.

Choosing the Right Service

If you'd like to train with us once per week and complete additional sessions independently, we recommend our Distance Coaching service to ensure your programme remains optimised and progressive.

Exercise Rehab is available exclusively via Personal Training, in our private studio.

Payment & cancellation

  • 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Sessions and check-ins are available in-studio or online
  • Sessions and check-ins can be completed either in-studio or online.
